About Us

Assalam-o-Alaekum,

I am Ihtasham Waris behind Jazz Internet Packages formerly known as PackageKarlo a former Jazz Telecom Customer Care Person. I joined Jazz back in 2010 and worked hundreds of hours serving Jazz users through calling. I’ve sorted thousands of Jazz customers dealing with their different problems.

My Education

I done my Bachelor in Telecommunication from UET Pakistan Lahore Campus back in 2009. After this I also had done proficiency courses in Telecom and internet industry like CISCO Routing and Switching.

The idea behind PackageKarlo

I started Package Karlo site by keeping in mind major telecom related problems that Pakistani people face most often. When i was working in Jazz, i observed that most of the people face the major problem is they don’t know about the telecom packages, the subscription procedure and all other related things like subscription price and validity. SoIi took this step to sort their problems on the web.

At this time we are only focusing on Mobilink Jazz including:

• Jazz Devices Packages
• Jazz SMS Packages

Mission

My mission and single line agenda is to provide updated telecom packages with their current subscription rates to local Pakistani people.

Vision

The vision is to connect with experts of the field that has worked in the telecom field by serving customers of the related telecom company. As we get connected to customer care officers of other telecom companies in Pakistan, we will be putting all the major problems with solutions related to other companies on our site PackageKarlo.
